PLC Coding Agent
We deliver PLC programming capacity into your team. Not a general-purpose model, but a focused agent constrained by industrial control standards and open to verification.
What it is
Given process requirements and I/O conditions, it produces SCL code compliant with IEC 61131-3 and Siemens engineering practice — together with a static analysis report, an open-items list and verification records. It works under our engineering discipline: missing evidence counts as failure, not as “looks fine”.
What it does not replace
- Process design: cycle times, process parameters and mechanical sequencing must come from your engineering
- Safety sign-off: SIL/PL functional safety must be signed by a qualified person
- On-site commissioning: physical confirmation and independent safety verification still require attendance
- Unsupported claims: semantic correctness cannot be guaranteed by static checking alone (see Evidence)
Two delivery models
① Human-in-the-loop (outsourcing)
Agent output plus our engineer's review and sign-off. Clear liability: the signer owns the result. Good for a small trial, priced per project, no upfront investment.
② On-premise deployment (you get the agent)
The agent runs inside your intranet or an offline environment — programs and drawings never leave the plant. Customized to your naming conventions, block library and check rules. Suited to confidential lines and in-house automation teams.
Confidentiality & liability (we answer these two first)
Does our program leave the plant?
Not under model ② — the agent and model run inside your network and outputs stay with you. We do not use your site data for training.
Who is responsible if something breaks?
Under model ① our engineer reviews and signs, and the signer owns the result. Under model ② liability boundaries, acceptance criteria and dispute handling are written into the implementation plan before signature.
