PLC Programming
Hand your production programs to us. From requirement definition to on-site commissioning, every step has explicit exit criteria and checkable evidence — not “it should compile”, but compile logs, analysis reports and trace records.
Who we work for
- Line retrofit / capacity expansion: new stations, cycle-time changes, interlock refactoring
- Machine integration: control programs for individual machines, with documentation
- Program rework / rescue: taking over legacy programs — readability and defect review first
- Standard block libraries: reusable function blocks for motors, valves, alarms, recipes
What you receive
The program
SCL / LAD / FBD, following your naming conventions and block structure
I/O table
Address, symbol name, process meaning, signal type
POU documentation
Block hierarchy, responsibilities, call relationships
Compile log
Real TIA Portal results, with every warning dispositioned
Static analysis report
14 pattern-level rules, including the tool's own self-test status
Verification records
Simulation trace comparison, state-transition and timer timing checks
What we do not do (stated plainly — more useful than promises)
- We do not do electrical design, electrical drawings or switchgear selection
- We do not sign safety certifications (SIL/PL functional safety must be signed by a qualified party)
- We do not replace third-party compliance review or your internal acceptance process
- We do not start without confirmed hardware models and I/O conditions — unconfirmed items are logged with both branches spelled out first
How to start
1
Send requirements
→ Process description, existing hardware (order number or nameplate), I/O table if available, cycle time and safety requirements, acceptance criteria
2
Scoping
→ We assess feasibility and boundaries, and list the site conditions that still need confirmation
3
Quote & schedule
→ Quoted after scoping (no list prices), executed in stages
