Working with overseas clients
We provide PLC program development and verification for factories, system integrators and machine builders outside China. Cross-border work fails on two things: unclear scope and unreachable people — this page sets out how we handle both.
How we work: remote by default, on-site when needed
Requirements analysis, solution design, program development, static analysis and simulation verification all happen online. The on-site phase (physical confirmation, independent safety verification) is normally carried out with your engineers; if our attendance is required, it is arranged as a separate trip. Every stage's deliverables and evidence are archived, so you can check them at any time.

What we need from you
- Process requirements and action sequence (more detail is better)
- PLC model and firmware version (or a nameplate photo)
- I/O list if available — otherwise just point count and types
- Acceptance criteria: what counts as passing (concrete sequences or logic assertions work best)
- Network and access conditions: remote access possible, remote desktop allowed, who grants it
What we explicitly do not do across borders
We do not sign functional safety (SIL/PL); we do not do electrical design or switchgear supply; we do not promise that “remote solves everything” — wiring, hardware faults and physical behaviour must be handled on site. Stating the boundary up front is cheaper than explaining it afterwards.
